We are very lucky to work in an industry that so many of us consider fun, and even make some money at it. It’s the ice cream industry. We all know the business climate is tough today and we also know we have to double our efforts to get new customers. Unfortunately, there has never been an appropriate large venue to showcase frozen dessert products the way it is done in other countries.
