TRIP FEATURES
Round trip economy travel on Air France flights from Newark to Bologna to New York.
Hotel accommodations at 5 and 4 star hotels, based on double occupancy.
Continental breakfast daily.
The use of a private bus for round trip airport transfers from city to city and within a city.
Convention ticket to enter the 30th Annual International Exhibition for the Artisan Production of Ice Cream, Pastry, Confectionery and Bakery.
Guest of Malcolm Stogo associates for two dinners, Friday, January 16 and January 18.
Guest of the Carpigiani Company for Dinner on January 17.
Be our guest for lunch at the world famous Tamburini Italian Gourmet Shop and Restaurant on Friday, January 16 and gourmet dinners in Bologna on January 19th and 20th.
Two hour walking tour of Bologna.
Take part in workshops offered by Carpigiani at the SIGEP Convention.
Half day workshop on gelato making at La Sorbetteria on January 20.

Gratuities and personal expenses.

Price per person based on double occupancy. Single travelers can share a room or have the option of single occupancy by paying a single supplement of $250 and $500, depending on the trip chosen.
Any travel outside the stated trip itinerary is at the personal expense of each individual traveler.
LAND PRICE ONLY:
For those individuals who are only interested in a land price and want to arrange their own air travel to Bologna and back to the US, a deduction of $600 off the total price of the tour is offered. There is no discount policy for anyone using the Land Price Registration.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
A valid USA passport.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Cancellations in writing for a refund of any deposits, or a refund of a full payment for the tour: BEFORE 11/1/2008, a per person $75 cancellation fee; AFTER 11/1/2008 and BEFORE 11/30/2008, a per person $200 cancellation fee. AFTER 12/10/2008 there will be no refunds whatsoever. Please allow 14 business days for processing.
TRIP CHANGES:
A fee of $75.00 per person will apply to any changes made within 60 days of the group's departure (11/18/2008), including name changes. Any changes may result in additional costs for air tickets and other services and participant requesting a change will be advised at time of revisions.
BAGGAGE:
Each person is allowed one piece of baggage as well as one carry-on piece.

In all matters relating to arrangements for airline reservations, hotel accommodations, bus transportation, Malcolm Stogo Associates will only act in the capacity of an agent. Because it maintains no control over the personnel, equipment or operations of these travel service suppliers, Malcolm Stogo Associates can assume no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience that may be occasioned by such. Malcolm Stogo Associates is not liable for acts of God, of other authorities, strikes, wars, theft, dangers in air, and acts not in its direct control. Tour prices are based on the rate of exchange of the U S Dollar and tariffs and costs in effect at the time of planning, and are subject to increase without notice should there be any upward revision in such rate, tariffs or costs before departure.
